My job is to keep everything steady and seamless—so the day flows easily, the design shines, and you never have to wonder what’s happening next.
RGL is an extension of me:

As the oldest daughter, I’ve always been the one with a plan. The list-maker. The person people turn to when things need to get done. Organization comes naturally to me, but so does design.
After years of working alongside other planners, I felt ready to build something of my own. Something that reflected both my structured mindset and my love of design. And RGL was born.
The name carries my initials, Rebecca Grace Link, but it also hints at “regal”—a nod to the kind of experience I create and the values that guide every wedding I plan.

Creativity
The best ideas often come from listening closely to what you already love and then elevating it. Taking something good and turning it into something even better. Maybe in a way you didn’t even see coming.
Creativity is more than design.
It’s knowing how to make the most of what’s possible.
Empathy
My job is to celebrate your big moments, ease the hard ones, and show up fully when it counts. Because when I truly understand what’s important to you, I can create something that feels like you.
When something matters to you, it matters to me.
Adventure
To new ideas, new places, and new ways of celebrating who you are. Transforming an unexpected space into a venue, bringing in your family traditions, or adding something no one’s seen before. Those are the choices that make a celebration feel personal and alive.
Adventure doesn’t always mean wild. To me, it means open.
Transparency
’ll be upfront with you about what works, what doesn’t, and why. If spending a little more means getting something you’ll truly love, I’ll say so. And I’ll explain why it’s worth it. My goal is simple: to keep things clear, real, and always in your best interest.
Honesty matters.
But it should always feel kind.
